Homemade sourdough bread
Ingredients
- 500 g semi-white flour
- 350 ml water
- 100 g sourdough starter
- 10 g salt
Method
- Activate the starter 8 hours before baking.
- Mix flour and water, then rest for 1 hour.
- Add starter and salt, then knead for 5 minutes.
- Bake in a covered pot at 250 °C.
