Our Story
In the 1990s, when new technologies had taken deep root in various segments of food production, and when it was clear that a fast-paced way of life would become an everyday reality, we decided to preserve old values. Our goal was to make fine bakery products whose taste and freshness would awaken memories of distant, simpler times, when the warm scent of homemade food was a tradition that kept a home together. Therefore, with a focus on handcrafting, proven recipes, and quality ingredients, the bakery "Zrno dr&Laza" produces phyllo dough sheets, while "Zrno 1997 DOO" produces confectionery and long-shelf-life savory products.

Through our implemented HACCP system, we maintain a high standard of product quality, with strict controls during the production process, as well as the packaging and transport of the products to stores.
